Brazil Announces Schedule for AD Sunset Reviews on Mirrors, Pens and Magnets. Brazilian authorities recently announced updated schedules in the on‑going AD sunset reviews on mainland Chinese unframed mirrors classified under NCM 7009.91.00, ball‑point pens classified under NCM 9608.10.00, and ring‑shaped ferrite magnets (ceramic) classified under NCM 8505.19.10. The next steps in these proceedings are summarised below.

- Ball-point Pens - closure of evidential phase of investigation (18 October 2021), deadline for data and information contained in the file (8 November 2021), issuance of technical note with essential facts under analysis to be considered in the final determination (6 December 2021), deadline for presentation of final submissions by interested parties and end of instruction phase (27 December 2021), and issuance by SDCOM of final determination (17 January 2022).
